A 1992 graduate of the University of Ilorin with a BSc. (Hons.) in Botany, Mrs. Adeniyi went further to obtain an MBA in Marketing from Lagos State University in 2001. She began her career in 1995 with Profound Security Ltd., a subsidiary of NSITF (acclaimed biggest institutional investor in Nigeria). In 2001, she joined Asset Plus Financing as the head of Treasury.

In 2006, she took the mantle as head of Treasury and Investment at CFS Financial Services, formerly known as CITICORP, before joining the Capitalfield Group in August 2015. Titi has over two (2) decades of experience in Treasury Marketing & Operations, Capital Markets, Loans & Advances, and Leasing. She has attended various courses spanning the areas above and has great zeal for marketing.

A Solicitor and Advocate of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, he holds an LLM degree from the University of Lagos, Nigeria, with a specialization in secured credit transactions and comparative company law. He has had over three (3) decades of work experience in various financial institutions.

He cut his teeth in banking at Nigerian American Merchant Bank Limited and thereafter worked at various times with Victory Merchant Bank Ltd., Industrial & General Insurance Co. Ltd., Standard Trust Bank Ltd., and Asset Plus Finance Ltd., where he resigned as an Executive Director. Over the years, he has acquired vast skills and experience in legal and corporate services, equipment leasing, corporate banking, and credit administration. He has attended various courses and seminars in various areas of banking, credit, equipment leasing, and energy, among others.

He is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association (NBA), the Equipment Leasing Association of Nigeria (ELAN), an Associate Member of the Certified Pension Institute of Nigeria, a Fellow of the Institute of Credit Administration (ICA), and the Institute of Directors (IOD). He holds an MBA degree from Business School Netherlands (BSN) and is adequately equipped for transformational leadership with various certifications (CLS, BSSE, LCOR, etc.). He is also an alumnus of Harvard Business School and Lagos Business School.
He is an entrepreneur with a passion for building strategic business enterprises and a great drive for excellence at all levels.

Temitope Shogunle, a seasoned professional in the field of Brand and Corporate Communications, currently serves as the Head of Brand Corporate Communications at Capitalfield Investment Group. With a rich background in strategic communication, Temitope brings a wealth of experience to the table, contributing to the growth and visibility of Capitalfield Investment Group.

As an alumnus of Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife, Temitope has a solid educational foundation, combining academic excellence with a passion for effective communication. Her commitment to excellence is reflected in her career trajectory, where She has consistently demonstrated a knack for crafting compelling narratives that resonate with diverse audiences.

Joshua Gabriel, holding an HND in Accountancy from Federal Polytechnic Ilaro, Ogun State.He is a seasoned chartered accountant with a remarkable track record of over 13 years in the financial services, fintech, and real estate sectors. Currently pursuing an MBA from the University of Suffolk, United Kingdom, he brings a dynamic blend of academic and practical expertise to his profession.

Joshua’s extensive experience encompasses areas such as internal control, internal audit, risk management, and compliance. His ardent passion for information technology is vividly reflected in his dedication to the intricate realm of cyberspace risk management.”

Friday Oteikwu is the Acting Company Secretary/Legal Adviser of Capitalfield Investment Group Limited. He joined the Company in November 2019. He provides advice and counsel to the Company and its Subsidiaries Board of Directors and is also responsible for ensuring compliance with regulatory and statutory compliance. Prior to joining Capitalfield, he worked at the law firm of Synergy Law Partnership as Head of Practice between 2015 and 2019.
Oteikwu is a highly motivated and hardworking solicitor with experience in commercial law, civil law, corporate law and criminal litigation.

Oteikwu obtained his LLB from the prestigious University of Maiduguri. He went on to obtain his BL from the Nigerian Law School, Lagos and he was called to the Nigerian Bar as a Solicitor and Advocate in February, 2012. He is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association.

A digital transformation professional, he holds a B.Eng. (Electrical/Computer Engineering) degree (1998) from the Federal University of Technology, Minna. With over two (2) decades of experience working for information technology vendors and end-user organizations, this has given him a balanced perspective on designing and implementing digital transformation for organizations. Weco Systems Group and United Bank for Africa (UBA) Plc are among the notable organizations he has worked for.

He has amassed vast knowledge and skill in various technologies needed for digital transformation: network foundation, physical and cybersecurity, business and productivity applications (Microsoft Office suite of applications), customer relationship management (CRM), enterprise resource planning (ERP), and digital banking.

He has experience in, and he is a strong believer in efficacy of processes and management system standards, which are crucial factors in attaining desired business outcomes and growing sustainably.

He has staying power and is passionate at resolving problems within and outside his sphere of competence as he is a strategic thinker. He has attended several trainings (home and abroad) and had achieved different professional certifications in networking, website design and development, cybersecurity, and System standards such as ISO standards. Ability to innovate and to mobilize human resources to attain envisioned goals sets him apart.
