Adedamola Olasupo Aderemi is an accomplished barrister and solicitor, dual-qualified in Nigeria and the UK, with over four decades of experience across academia, litigation, and high-profile corporate cases. He holds a distinguished educational background, having completed his LL. B and LL.M at the University of Ife, and being called to the Nigerian and English Bars. His career spans both continents and is marked by landmark legal achievements and contributions to academic law publications.

Mr. Aderemi began his career in Nigeria as a legislative aide and later as a State Counsel, before moving into academia as a law lecturer at the University of Ife. Here, he played a pivotal role in establishing ‘Jurisconsultus,’ the university’s practice arm, and served on the editorial board for the university’s law publications. He then transitioned into consultancy and private practice with leading law firms in Nigeria and the UK, including notable roles at Chambers of W Forster-Jones in London and S O Ajayi & Co in Lagos, building a reputation for excellence in criminal, immigration, and human rights law, among others.

His legal practice has taken him to prestigious courts, including a landmark case before the English House of Lords, which redefined legal precedent on domicile in international law. In the corporate sector, Mr. Aderemi has provided legal counsel on major transactions across oil & gas, energy, hospitality, and insurance, including cases involving high-level governance and international business in Nigeria, Ghana, Dubai, and the UK. He has also held key editorial roles, including as editor of the CAC International Journal.

Beyond his legal work, Mr. Aderemi is a respected corporate leader, having been the Foundation Managing Director of Ovation International and a Foundation Director of Energy Bank in Ghana. He is an active board member at the Premier University of Sao Tome. Known for his intellectual curiosity, he enjoys sports, reading, and politics, making him not only a leader in the legal field but also a well-rounded individual with varied interests and contributions.

Adekunle Adebayo is a chartered accountant with a B.Sc (Hons) in Sociology and Anthropology from the prestigious Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife (1991). He is a member of several professional bodies – Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria, ICAN, CITN, CIS, and Nigerian Institute of Management NIM and was a member of the Money Market Association of Nigeria (MMAN) Financial Futures Committee for the year 2003.

He is an astute, innovative and versatile professional. He has worked in several capacities; business and investment advisory, financial intermediation, structured finance as well as brokerage. He was involved in the development of various Investment Strategies, Financial Derivatives, Off-Shore Business Development, Real Estate, Vessel Finance & Management, Oil & Gas and Dredging.

He has had over 21 years professional experience in various capacities; Head, International Treasury and Corporate Banking in National Bank of Nigeria Plc; Group Head, Treasury and Financial Institutions in Fountain Trust Bank Plc, Group Executive, International Business in Spring Bank Plc; Chief Financial Officer, Vigeo Group; Chief Executive Officer, Vigeo Shipping Ltd and Chief Executive Officer Sea Eagle Marine services. He joined the Capitalfield Asset Management Company board of Directors in 2015.

A 1992 graduate of the University of Ilorin with a BSc. (Hons.) in Botany, Mrs. Adeniyi went further to obtain an MBA in Marketing from Lagos State University in 2001. She began her career in 1995 with Profound Security Ltd., a subsidiary of NSITF (acclaimed biggest institutional investor in Nigeria). In 2001, she joined Asset Plus Financing as the head of Treasury.

In 2006, she took the mantle as head of Treasury and Investment at CFS Financial Services, formerly known as CITICORP, before joining the Capitalfield Group in August 2015. Titi has over two (2) decades of experience in Treasury Marketing & Operations, Capital Markets, Loans & Advances, and Leasing. She has attended various courses spanning the areas above and has great zeal for marketing.

A Solicitor and Advocate of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, he holds an LLM degree from the University of Lagos, Nigeria, with a specialization in secured credit transactions and comparative company law. He has had over three (3) decades of work experience in various financial institutions.

He cut his teeth in banking at Nigerian American Merchant Bank Limited and thereafter worked at various times with Victory Merchant Bank Ltd., Industrial & General Insurance Co. Ltd., Standard Trust Bank Ltd., and Asset Plus Finance Ltd., where he resigned as an Executive Director. Over the years, he has acquired vast skills and experience in legal and corporate services, equipment leasing, corporate banking, and credit administration. He has attended various courses and seminars in various areas of banking, credit, equipment leasing, and energy, among others.

He is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association (NBA), the Equipment Leasing Association of Nigeria (ELAN), an Associate Member of the Certified Pension Institute of Nigeria, a Fellow of the Institute of Credit Administration (ICA), and the Institute of Directors (IOD). He holds an MBA degree from Business School Netherlands (BSN) and is adequately equipped for transformational leadership with various certifications (CLS, BSSE, LCOR, etc.). He is also an alumnus of Harvard Business School and Lagos Business School.
He is an entrepreneur with a passion for building strategic business enterprises and a great drive for excellence at all levels.

Mr. Ademiluyi is a talented senior C-suite finance executive, with over two decades of relevant experience across top financial institutions in sub-Saharan Africa. His unique blend of innovative leadership and an engaged robust network is a welcome addition to Capitalfield Financial Management Ltd. which he joined as Managing Director and CEO in 2021.

Creative and driven leadership capabilities demonstrated in previous roles held as Managing Director, Head of Compliance, Chief Portfolio Manager, Partner and Group Head. Significant sector experience in Advisory Services, Business Development, Investment Banking, Microfinance, Commercial Banking, Treasury Management, Public Sector, Trade Finance and Corporate Banking.

An enthusiastic life-long learner and proponent of professional development who earned an MBA from Obafemi Awolowo University, he also maintains professional qualifications as a Security Exchange Commission Registered Member, and is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Loan and Risk Management. In addition, he has certifications across a number of areas including Business Operations, Capital Markets and Credit & Market Analysis.

He is a seasoned rainmaker who is fanatical about wealth management; strategy formulation; power networking and business development.

An enviable career span has included roles at Access Bank, Lead Bank, Guaranty Trust Bank where he departed as Acting Group Head of the Commercial Banking Group, NorthStar Finance Group as Chief Portfolio Manager and Platform Capital Investment Partners as Partner and Head of Origination for the Financial Institutions and Treasury Group.

Mr. Ademiluyi joined Capitalfield Financial Management Ltd in 2021 as Managing Director.
