Mr. Kunle Adebayo – (Director)

Kunle Adebayo is a chartered accountant with a B.Sc (Hons) in Sociology and Anthropology from the prestigious Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife (1991). He is a member of several professional bodies – Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria, ICAN, CITN, CIS, and Nigerian Institute of Management NIM and was a member of the Money Market Association of Nigeria (MMAN) Financial Futures Committee for the year 2003.

He is an astute, innovative and versatile professional. He has worked in several capacities; business and investment advisory, financial intermediation, structured finance as well as brokerage. He was involved in the development of various Investment Strategies, Financial Derivatives, Off-Shore Business Development, Real Estate, Vessel Finance & Management, Oil & Gas and Dredging.

He has had over 21 years professional experience in various capacities; Head, International Treasury and Corporate Banking in National Bank of Nigeria Plc; Group Head, Treasury and Financial Institutions in Fountain Trust Bank Plc, Group Executive, International Business in Spring Bank Plc; Chief Financial Officer, Vigeo Group; Chief Executive Officer, Vigeo Shipping Ltd and Chief Executive Officer Sea Eagle Marine services. He joined Capitalfield Asset Management Ltd. as the Managing Director in 2015.
